Branding for Heart2Heart Disability Services
Heart2Heart Disability Services was founded with the purpose of making high-quality, individualised services the ‘norm’ for people with a disability.
Founded by the parents of Nicholas who was born with intellectual and physical disabilities, they were told he wouldn’t live past the age of one. Over two decades later that prediction has, happily, run very wide of the mark.
But because Nicholas requires 24-hour support for literally all of his needs, his journey - and the family - has been far from easy. With the arrival of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), they discovered that life could be different, and they made it their mission to give others the same opportunity; to do things differently - to do things better.
Based in Kingaroy, Queensland, the team at Heart2Heart is committed to supporting and empowering people with a disability to live life on their own terms. They work in partnership to provide access to the highest quality, individualised support.
